HML Trust and Estate Administrators was founded by Müller Lourens, whose passion for trusts and estate administration began during his LLB Law studies, where he also completed additional modules in estate planning and tax. From early on, he realised that helping individuals and families navigate these important legal matters was the career he wanted to pursue.
After gaining 13 years of experience at a Stellenbosch law firm, Müller recognised that clients wanted more than technical legal expertise—they wanted a trusted advisor who was accessible, approachable, and able to communicate in a language they understand and feel comfortable with.
Driven by the belief that trust and estate matters deserve personal attention and meaningful client relationships, HML Trust and Estate Administrators was established to provide professional, client-focused guidance with a personal touch.
Over many years of practising in the fields of estate administration and trusts, we have gained extensive knowledge, practical experience, and a thorough understanding of these specialised areas of law. We have also built trusted professional relationships with industry experts and the relevant departments of the Master's Office of the High Court.
